Tasty Treats for your Sweetie

Valentine's Day wouldn't be complete without...CHOCOLATE! In honor of the day of love, Glen Ivy's own Chef Bill gave me one of his favorite chocolate recipes--Chocolate Cream Cheese Truffles. These little sweet and savory bites of heaven are sure to make your Valentine melt!

Chocolate Cream Cheese Truffles
(Yields 48 servings)

1 cup Semisweet Chocolate cut into small pieces
8 ounces Neufchatel Nonfat Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
3 cups Powdered Sugar

Step #1: Melt chocolate over bain-marie and set aside. Soften Neufchatel in mixer and slowly add chocolate. Once combined, add cocoa powder and sugar and mix until a stiff dough forms.

Step #2: Scoop into 1/2 ounce portions onto a sheet pan and roll in desired toppings below. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
